DESCRIPTION:Explore the woods with us in this awesome three (half-) day camp\, led by an outdoor educator from the Southern Oregon Land Conservancy. Campers will meet at the JCC and then walk into the nearby Jacksonville Woodlands for exploration\, observation\, and nature journaling. Join us as we become field scientists and enjoy the trails surrounding Jacksonville. DESCRIPTION:RE-STARTING on JULY 17 – Experienced students are the focus of this ongoing class but beginners may join after contacting the instructor. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are calming practices that incorporate slow movement\, breathwork\, visualization\, and meditation. Consistent practice fosters improved balance\, body alignment\, coordination\, and overall sense of well-being. Tai Chi students will also practice the Qi Gong.  To determine if you are ready for this level placement\, please contact instructor Carolyn Wolf prior to attending at carwolf@sonic.net.\nCarolyn’s Bio: “I have been a certified Tai Chi Practice Leader (from the Institute of Integral Qi Gong and Tai Chi) since 2015 and have been leading classes locally since then.
