SUMMARY:6/17/24 Line Dancing with Teresa
DESCRIPTION:Line Dancing is fun\, mildly aerobic and good for strengthening your muscular-skeletal system. It is also good exercise for your brain as we learn step patterns\, that we then dance to music. Brand new dancers welcome!\nCall 541-899-5647 or email tehop@hughes.net for more information. \nFrom Teresa:\nI like line dancing because I like to move to music and because I like the community connection I feel when I’m moving at the same time with other people! The other health benefits (for muscles\, lungs and brain) are add-ons. I have been teaching for about 4 years and since I recognize people have different styles of learning I make it a point to cover those different styles when I teach. I like helping others succeed at this activity that has so many benefits.
