DESCRIPTION:Three-day camp for local youth (mornings only 9am – noon). Kids will have a blast in this day camp\, creating awesome art and memories with friends. Camp will be held at the JCC. DESCRIPTION:This chair-based yoga class incorporates movement\, poses\, breath\, and guided relaxation in both seated and (optional) standing sequences. We move slowly and mindfully\, with plenty of opportunity to pause and notice. The classes are designed using the principles of yoga for healthy aging to support brain and body wellness. She is passionate about introducing the benefits of slow\, mindful yoga including chair yoga\, to people who want to feel their best every day and age wisely.
