Step One

01. Proposal

An Individual or a group of Individuals fills out the I’d like to organize a Program or Event at the JCC online form.

Step Two

02. Committee Review

The Program Committee is notified, and form responses are shared with all members. The committee discusses proposal and either approves, requests more information, or does not approve.

Step Three

03. Submit Final Program Details

Program Organizers fills out required paperwork and submits Program Information online via Jotform.

Below are checklists for each program which include all the marketing steps. Each checklist also includes a sub-list in case the program gets canceled or postponed.
