Thank you for supporting the Jacksonville Community Center.   We do not receive funding to operate from the City of Jacksonville,  your class fees allow us to continue offering programs to the community.

TICKET PURCHASES

1. JCC’s Participation Waivers are now included in the online registration process, so you must purchase a “ticket” on our website prior to each program you attend (Even if the class or event is free or has a Suggested Donation).
2. If you need assistance to purchase a ticket you MUST arrive 15 minutes before the class begins to purchase a ticket with help from our volunteer. The JCC will have ONE computer available 15 minutes before each class for those who have not yet purchased a ticket, and need assistance.
3. Purchasing tickets is best done ON YOUR PHONE OR AT HOME on your computer.
4. In order to keep our class fees as low as possible, and reduce the administrative time we spend on each order, WE GREATLY DISCOURAGE THE USE OF CASH.  PLEASE pay with a debit/ credit card. Please purchase a ticket when you KNOW you will be attending the class, as we do not issue “store credit” unless the class is unexpectedly cancelled by us.
5. You may purchase a ticket up to the scheduled time of the class online with a debit/credit card or designate “Cash on Arrival.”
6. You may purchase up to two tickets for each class if you provide unique Names and Emails of the people you are registering, and sign a waiver on their behalf. You will then receive an email confirmation and ticket for the class.

FOR CASH UPON ARRIVAL:
Please write, print or take a picture of the last 6 digits of the ticket ID # in order to complete your ticket purchase. You can also get the TICKET ID# from the confirmation screen that you are brought to after you click “Place Order”.  You can also access this number again while in your account under ORDERS. 

STORE CREDIT POLICY:

1. When a class is cancelled unexpectedly, and there are people who have purchased a ticket, we will issue those individuals a “store credit” to be used toward another JCC class.
2. We do not give refunds or store credit for participants that have purchased a ticket and are no longer able to attend.
3. We suggest that you only purchase a ticket when you KNOW FOR SURE that you are going to attend the class, and can commit to attending, or consider your class fee a donation.  Remember, you can purchase a ticket up until the class is scheduled to begin.

USER ACCOUNT

1. You will be asked to create a JCC account the first time you purchase a ticket.
2. Please make note of the username and password you have chosen.  You will log in with this account each time you wish to purchase a ticket in the future.
3. When logged into your account, you will be able to see all of your past ticket purchases, receive credit for cancelled classes, etc.

THE DAY OF THE CLASS

1. Tickets become UNAVAILABLE when the program is scheduled to start.  Please purchase your tickets at least 10 minutes in advance of this time.
2. We will have ONE computer available to use at the class entrance for those who do not have access to a computer or phone at home. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early if you need to use our computer to purchase a ticket.
3.  FOR CASH UPON ARRIVAL: When you arrive, you will fill out an envelope with the date and the last 6 digits of your ticket number. Envelopes will be provided at the door.
