Feb 27 Adult Beginning Ukulele Series (2/3) 2024

Join the fun with other adults learning introductory skills to play ukulele. This series of 3 group lessons are fast, fun and easy to learn – allowing individuals to play along together in a group. No past instrumental experience necessary. Loaner ukes are available for up to 12 students or bring your own. PLEASE CALL TO RESERVE A LOANER. Song sheets, chord charts are also provided. Hands on instruction will ensure you can play! Singing is optional but will add to the fun of the class. It’s all about having a good time and sharing the love of music. SERIES OF THREE ENCOURAGED  – Feb 20, 27 and March 5 — Minimum age: 16.

INSTRUCTOR: Julie Raefield is the executive director of JCC and has been leading adult music classes in voice and guitar for years. She is an enthusiastic uke player and loves to learn alongside her students. She welcomes absolute beginners and those with experience who want to join a community of uke players.
