RESCHEDULING INTO 2026 — Brain Healthy & Aging Series: #1 Social Connections

Are you interested in keeping your mind sharp? Come learn how to maintain a healthy brain during aging. This FREE class is an evidence-based program that focuses on social connection, sleep, self-care, physical activity, nutrition, and cognitive engagement. This 4-session series is an opportunity to learn skills to promote brain health and improve quality of life in aging. The goal is to support a healthy brain as one ages. The course objective is to improve awareness of health behaviors and promote change through individualized goal setting, regulation and support.
Presenter Bio: This Jacksonville Community Center event is a course being provided by Jennine Greenwell, Jackson County’s Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist with Jackson County Health & Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority. Jennine’s job is to bring resources, education, and training to the older adult community. Jennine Has a Master’s degree in Human Services and currently is a resident of Jacksonville.
