Advance Care Planning with Dwight Wilson, RN

Attend this FREE event presented by Dwight Wilson, Executive Director of Celia’s House and Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice,
on Advance Directives. Learn what documents are included in an advance care directive and how it can protect you in the event of a health emergency. Jackson County Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist Jennine Greenwell will co-host with JCOABH sponsoring the event. WALK-INS are welcome or pre-register.

Instructor Bios: Jennine Greenwell is Jackson County’s Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist with
Jackson County Health & Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority, whose role is to
bring resources, education and training to the older adult community.
She has invited a special guest presenter, Dwight Wilson, RN., Executive Director of Celia’s House
and Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice.
