Line Dancing is fun, mildly aerobic and good for strengthening your muscular-skeletal system. It is also good exercise for your brain as we learn step patterns, that we then dance to music. Brand new dancers welcome! It is kindly requested to refrain from wearing frangrances to class.

From Teresa:
I like line dancing because I like to move to music and because I like the community connection I feel when I’m moving at the same time with other people! The other health benefits (for muscles, lungs and brain) are add-ons. I have been teaching for about 4 years and since I recognize people have different styles of learning I make it a point to cover those different styles when I teach. I like helping others succeed at this activity that has so many benefits.
