This FREE class will help individuals and families learn about how to improve quality of life in elder years;. Age Friendly Care is about what matters to you. You are the expert on what matters for your health and the program will help by examining the 4Ms: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility.
Instructor Bio:
Jennine Greenwell is Jackson County’s Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist with Jackson County Health & Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority. Her job is to bring resources, education, and training to the older adult Community. Jennine has a master’s degree in Human Services and currently is a resident of Jacksonville.
