This is an all levels, slow and strong, breath-led practice. Each class will include postures, movement, breathwork, meditation, and rest.
Summer has been practicing yoga since 1998, teaching since 2007. Her life in travel, combined with the health she has recovered through movement,meditation, nature,rest, writing, music, and food as medicine?is the greatest influence on her teaching. She is also influenced by Ana Forrest, Chiara Guerrieri, Annie Carpenter, Seane Corn, Erich Schiffmann, Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, and so many others. She has received a wide breadth of training, and accessed the courage to use her own voice. The result is a unique and spontaneous experience, steeped in the beauty and tradition of yoga.
