Lisa O’Connor, is Chief Executive Officer of the Family Nurturing Center—a nonprofit dedicated to keeping children safe and families together in Southern Oregon. With nearly two decades of experience in youth development and nonprofit leadership, Lisa is known for her passion, vision, and ability to build
strong community partnerships. Under her leadership, the Family Nurturing Center has grown into a hub of support, providing everything from therapeutic classrooms and parenting education to housing navigation and mental health services—always with the goal of helping every child thrive in a safe, loving home.
