10/20/2024 Learn About & Experience Sound Healing Workshop

This class will explain what sound healing is, why it’s effective, then allow participants to personally experience tuning fork and crystal bowl vibrations. Claudia will demonstrate how to connect with and properly play tuning forks, tingshas, Koshi chimes, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and gongs – concluding with a 50-minute demo of an actual sound session.

Bring your own instruments if you like along with mats, pillows and blankets for your comfort on the carpet or in chairs as preferred. Learn the basic of sacred sounds and experience deep serenity and relaxation in this interactive experience.
