A FREE introductory class designed for teens to learn how to experience deep relaxation through a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation – a visualization and progressive movement awareness technique to imagine your goals blossoming and provide a sense of physical, emotional and mental relaxation, using the images of the forest and nature to guide the senses.
Class is open to teens aged 13-19 regardless of experience level. Bring a comfortable mat, a blanket and pillow for comfort.
Bio: Darby Briar is a Certified Yoga Nidra Teacher of Bihar School of Yoga, Bali, Indonesia. She applies traditional and science based approached to the practice, she skillfully guides students through the experience.
