Habitat for Humanity Rogue Valley is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing in the Rogue Valley since 1987. We work to eliminate substandard housing by building, rehabilitating, and preserving homes, advocating for fair housing policies, and offering resources to help families improve their living conditions. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a safe and decent place to live.
We build and sell homes to qualified families with affordable mortgages, ensuring they have the financial stability to maintain their homes. Families contribute “sweat equity” by working on the construction of their homes and those of others, fostering a sense of community and ownership. Our program empowers families to build a secure future while improving the community.
Habitat for Humanity Rogue Valley is currently working on several exciting projects aimed at providing safe and affordable housing to local families. Our active projects include the construction of homes on Grandview Avenue in Medford and projects in Ashland. We are currently building 13 homes which represents a vital step towards our goal of eliminating substandard housing in the Rogue Valley.
We’re always looking for volunteers and supporters to join us in making a difference in our community. Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Rogue Valley offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community while working alongside friends, family, or colleagues.
