SUMMARY:5/06/24 Line Dancing with Teresa
DESCRIPTION:Line Dancing is fun\, mildly aerobic and good for strengthening your muscular-skeletal system. It is also good exercise for your brain as we learn step patterns\, that we then dance to music. Brand new dancers welcome! We kindly request that dancers refrain from wearing fragrances to class.\nCall 541-899-5647 or email tehop@hughes.net for more information. \nFrom Teresa:\nI like line dancing because I like to move to music and because I like the community connection I feel when I?m moving at the same time with other people! The other health benefits (for muscles\, lungs and brain) are add-ons. I have been teaching for about 4 years and since I recognize people have different styles of learning I make it a point to cover those different styles when I teach. I like helping others succeed at this activity that has so many benefits.

Come with comfortable clothes\, a yoga mat and water bottle. \nNew students can arrive at 10:15. \nLori began her yoga journey in 2000 as a student at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. She has a passion for the outdoors and has taught yoga in parks\, vineyards\, and backyards. Lori appreciates the healing and restorative qualities of yoga and has also worked with students who are recovering from illness\, rehabilitating injuries\, pregnant\, or elderly.
