When she was only 5 years old she won her first international competition in Milan. At the age of 7 she was awarded the Ambrogino d’Oro by the Municipality of Milan for her extraordinary and precocious musical ability. \nBy the age of 12\, she began her concert career in Italy and went on to perform all over the world: United Kingdom\, France\, Spain\, the United States\, Canada\, Mexico\, South Africa\, Indonesia\, South America. By the age of 14 Cinzia Milani had already won sixteen first prizes in international and national competitions. \nCinzia Milani caught the attention of British and American press\, which defined her as “a rare combination of beauty\, grace\, natural elegance…” and as having “a deep sense of music with a brilliant technique and a powerful sound and expression\, considered among the best exponents of the concert artists in the world.” \nCinzia has performed around Canada and the United States and she has taught guitar masterclasses at Royal Conservatory of Toronto. \nShe’s working on a women’s music project dedicated to the great composer and concert guitarist of last century\, Ida Presti. DESCRIPTION:Join Lori Grable for a Beginning Yoga class! This class is open to anyone who is interested in trying out yoga for the first time or wants a refresher yoga class after a layoff. Come with comfortable clothes\, a yoga mat and water bottle. \nNew students can arrive at 10:15. \nLori began her yoga journey in 2000 as a student at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. She was drawn to the practice because it helped her to reconnect with her most authentic self while making her stronger and more open\, physically and mentally. Her passion for yoga grew stronger as she traveled around the United States during the summer of 2003\, practicing at many studios along the way. After settling in Pittsburgh\, PA\, she completed her teacher training and began teaching in 2006. \nToday\, Lori is an E-RYT 500 and teaches Vinyasa-based classes. She is influenced by the philosophy and alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. As a triathlete\, Lori has an interest in yoga for athletes and has taught many workshops on the topic. She has a passion for the outdoors and has taught yoga in parks\, vineyards\, and backyards. Lori appreciates the healing and restorative qualities of yoga and has also worked with students who are recovering from illness\, rehabilitating injuries\, pregnant\, or elderly.

DESCRIPTION:Join Lori Grable for a Beginning Yoga class! This class is open to anyone who is interested in trying out yoga for the first time or wants a refresher yoga class after a layoff. Come with comfortable clothes\, a yoga mat and water bottle. \nNew students can arrive at 10:15. \nLori began her yoga journey in 2000 as a student at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. She was drawn to the practice because it helped her to reconnect with her most authentic self while making her stronger and more open\, physically and mentally. Her passion for yoga grew stronger as she traveled around the United States during the summer of 2003\, practicing at many studios along the way. After settling in Pittsburgh\, PA\, she completed her teacher training and began teaching in 2006. \nToday\, Lori is an E-RYT 500 and teaches Vinyasa-based classes. She is influenced by the philosophy and alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. As a triathlete\, Lori has an interest in yoga for athletes and has taught many workshops on the topic. She has a passion for the outdoors and has taught yoga in parks\, vineyards\, and backyards. Lori appreciates the healing and restorative qualities of yoga and has also worked with students who are recovering from illness\, rehabilitating injuries\, pregnant\, or elderly.
