A member of the Sacramento Blues Hall Of Fame\, Scholer now lives in Talent\, Oregon having lived in Japan for the past eight years. Scholer has performed with Barry “The Fish” Melton (Country Joe and the Fish)\, The Rural Sophisticates (replacing famed cartoonist R. Crumb) and Mark St. Mary’s Blues Zydeco Band.  Scholer has opened for shows by B.B. King\, John Lee Hooker\, Willie Dixon\, James Cotton\, J.J. Cale\, Leon Redbone\, The Ventures\, Elvin Bishop\, Paul Butterfield & Rick Danko (The Band)\, Charlie Musselwhite\, and others and is an honoree of the Sacramento Musicians Hall of Fame. \nEric Miller brings his style of Blues bass-playing from his New York roots. DESCRIPTION:Join Lori Grable for a Beginning Yoga class! This class is open to anyone who is interested in trying out yoga for the first time or wants a refresher yoga class after a layoff. Come with comfortable clothes\, a yoga mat and water bottle. \nNew students can arrive at 10:15. \nLori began her yoga journey in 2000 as a student at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. She was drawn to the practice because it helped her to reconnect with her most authentic self while making her stronger and more open\, physically and mentally. Her passion for yoga grew stronger as she traveled around the United States during the summer of 2003\, practicing at many studios along the way. After settling in Pittsburgh\, PA\, she completed her teacher training and began teaching in 2006. \nToday\, Lori is an E-RYT 500 and teaches Vinyasa-based classes. She is influenced by the philosophy and alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. As a triathlete\, Lori has an interest in yoga for athletes and has taught many workshops on the topic. She has a passion for the outdoors and has taught yoga in parks\, vineyards\, and backyards. Lori appreciates the healing and restorative qualities of yoga and has also worked with students who are recovering from illness\, rehabilitating injuries\, pregnant\, or elderly.

Come with comfortable clothes\, a yoga mat and water bottle. \nNew students can arrive at 10:15. \nLori began her yoga journey in 2000 as a student at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center. She was drawn to the practice because it helped her to reconnect with her most authentic self while making her stronger and more open\, physically and mentally. Her passion for yoga grew stronger as she traveled around the United States during the summer of 2003\, practicing at many studios along the way. After settling in Pittsburgh\, PA\, she completed her teacher training and began teaching in 2006. \nToday\, Lori is an E-RYT 500 and teaches Vinyasa-based classes. She is influenced by the philosophy and alignment principles of Anusara Yoga. As a triathlete\, Lori has an interest in yoga for athletes and has taught many workshops on the topic. She has a passion for the outdoors and has taught yoga in parks\, vineyards\, and backyards. Lori appreciates the healing and restorative qualities of yoga and has also worked with students who are recovering from illness\, rehabilitating injuries\, pregnant\, or elderly.

The goal is to support a healthy brain as one ages.  The course objective is to improve awareness of health behaviors and promote change through individualized goal setting\, regulation and support. \nPresenter Bio: This Jacksonville Community Center event is a course being provided by Jennine Greenwell\, Jackson County’s Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist with Jackson County Health & Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority. Jennine’s job is to bring resources\, education\, and training to the older adult community. Jennine Has a Master’s degree in Human Services and currently is a resident of Jacksonville.
