She has over 30 years’ experience in nonprofit leadership including  program and volunteer management.  David is the former executive director of Rebuilding Together Rogue  Valley. He has served the nonprofit sector for more than  three decades with 20 years at two national advocacy  nonprofits and 10 years as the executive director of national juvenile justice organization.
