SUMMARY:11/13/25 Intermediate Tai Chi and Qi Gong
DESCRIPTION:Experienced students are the focus of this ongoing class but beginners may join after contacting the instructor. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are calming practices that incorporate slow movement\, breathwork\, visualization\, and meditation. Consistent practice fosters improved balance\, body alignment\, coordination\, and overall sense of well-being. Tai Chi students will also practice the Qi Gong.  To determine if you are ready for this level placement\, please contact instructor Carolyn Wolf prior to attending at carwolf@sonic.net.\nCarolyn’s Bio: “I have been a certified Tai Chi Practice Leader (from the Institute of Integral Qi Gong and Tai Chi) since 2015 and have been leading classes locally since then. I enjoy sharing all the practice has to offer; relaxation\, increased body awareness\, improved balance\, meditation techniques\, and overall improved well-being.”

Humane\, Estrella Cervantes has dedicated her career to improving the lives of shelter animals through compassionate care\, community engagement\, progressive lifesaving strategies. In 2019\, she earned a Maddie’s Fund Certification in the Feline Lifesaving Master Class\, deepening her expertise in feline care and shelter programming. In 2025\, Estrella earned her certification in Dog and Cat Lifesaving Fundamentals with the Southern Utah University. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Family and Animal Services\, continuing to expand her knowledge and skills in animal welfare and nonprofit work.
