Zumba is a lower body workout that incorporates Zumba routines and step aerobics with Latin dance rhythms. The class will provide participants with both a cardio workout and strength training.
This class is taught by Kelly Peters who started dancing Zumba over 13 years ago and has been teaching for 3 years: “It’s been in my life for so long because it’s FUN!! It’s a high energy workout but you feel like you are just dancing. Any age and ability can do it and it’s easy to make the steps harder or easier. Come try it out with me!”
The six-week session begins the second week of January (1/14).
