Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Join Teresa for a line dancing class at the JCC! This class is open to anyone that is interested in trying out line dancing for the first time or wants a refresher. It is fun, mildly aerobic and good for strengthening your muscular-skeletal system. It is also good exercise for your brain as we learn step patterns, that we then dance to music. Brand new dancers welcome!
