Thursdays (7/7, (7/14 OFF), 7/21, 7/28)

9:00 am – 10:00 am  

$7 Fee (scholarships available)

Registration is strongly recommended. 

Please pre-register for each class, as the location will be communicated via email at least an hour before class starts.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork.

Please be advised: If a class needs to be canceled or changed in some way, registrants will receive an email at least an hour before class. Please check your email prior to attending our classes.


Tai Chi is a calming practice that incorporates slow movement, breathwork, visualization, and meditation. Consistent practice fosters improved balance, body alignment, coordination, and over-all sense of well-being. This is an on-going class. Beginners are welcome.

 

About Carolyn

Carolyn Wolf is a retired educator, transplanted from California. For the past 12 years she has been studying and practicing Tai Chi and Qigong with her Sifu, Estin Kiger, here in the Rogue Valley. She has a Practice Leader Certificate from the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, and has been leading practice groups for six years. The rest of her life is consumed by gardening, hiking and exploring beautiful Southern Oregon, and creating one of a kind scrap quilts and fiber art.
