We tend to avoid planning for the end of life, despite its being inevitable. In this session we will focus on how to have the conversation, questions to be asked, sharing one’s hopes and dreams, and what to expect as we get closer to the end of life experience.

From Dwight Wilson: I am currently the Executive Director of Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice that runs Celia’s House. I am a nurse who has over 40 years’ experience in managing and working in hospice and palliative care programs.
